Free Call Out / “Survey”

Between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), subject to availability of individual technicians, we do not charge to attend your property to carry out a “pre-service” inspection or quote. However, outside of these hours and during busy periods we reserve the right to charge for such call outs. Any fees applicable will be stated and agreed before attending your property.

Card payments

Lockforce will refund, in full, any payments taken by card or other method* if the transaction is proven to be unauthorised or taken in error.

*Payments take via PayPal are subject to PayPal Buyer Protection

*Payments taken via Go Cardless are subject to the direct debit guarantee

Complaints Procedure

The Forces Group, incorporating Pestforce, Lockforce and Washforce, aims to provide high-quality services which meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time; please let us know if we are not getting it right.

Pestforce, Lockforce and Washforce are franchise brands serviced by technicians who are local franchisees, running their own business within our brand guidelines, processes, and procedure.

To ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied.

For any complaints, including conduct of the technician, workmanship, and charges, please refer to the franchisee in the first instance. Often, the situation can be resolved straight away.

When the matter is more complicated or you are not satisfied with the response from the franchisee, The Forces Group Head Office will investigate your case further.

Please formally write to The Managing Director at The Forces Group, Suites 207-209, Regus, The Henley Building, Newtown Road, Henley on Thames, RG9 1HG, or email complaints@theforcesgroup.co.uk.

Please enclose all details, including copies of reports, invoices, and conversation chains, if relevant.

The aim is to investigate your complaint properly, and we will give you at least an initial response within 48 hours (2 working days).

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Lockforce (UK) Ltd and its authorised franchisees, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Lockforce (UK) Ltd and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
