Complaints Procedure
We strive to deliver exceptional service, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to resolve it quickly and professionally.
Step 1: Speak to Your Local Technician
Your first step should be to contact directly your local Lockforce locksmith or a member of their team. Their details can be found on your invoice or service report. We ask that issues are resolved locally, and the locksmith has the authority to address the problem as soon as possible.
Step 2: Contact Head Office
If your local locksmith can’t resolve the issue, email complaints@theforcesgroup.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact details
- The locksmith’s name and location
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant documents (e.g., invoices, emails, messages)
We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a resolution within 5 working days.
Any complaints raised directly with Head Office will be referred to the locksmith in the first instance.
Step 3: Escalate
If you’re still not satisfied, write to our Managing Director at:

Lockforce operates under a franchise model. This means our local technicians are either independent sole traders or limited companies operating under licence in the Lockforce name. They are expected to adhere to our operating procedures and brand standards.
